Refund policy

RETURN POLICY: 
If you would like to make a return, please email us at hello@kianolife.com within 14 days of receiving your order and include your order number so we can assist you further.

DAMAGES & ISSUES:
Please inspect your order when you've received it. If it's defective, damaged or you've received the wrong item, contact us immediately, providing your order number and photos to hello@kianolife.com. We will then evaluate and resolve to make it right.

The product cannot be claimed if the taste does not meet your personal expectations.

 

PRICE GUARANTEE & PROMOTIONS

Our promotions and special offers are valid from the date they are published. If you placed an order before a promotion started, we are unfortunately unable to apply the promotional price retroactively or refund the price difference. Thank you for your understanding.

BUNDLE OFFERS & RETURNS

For products purchased as part of a bundle offer, the discounted price applies only when all items in the bundle are kept. If one or more items are returned, the bundle discount will be recalculated, and any retained products will be charged at their regular retail price. The refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.

PROMOTIONS WITH FREE GIFTS

If your order includes a free gift obtained through a minimum order value requirement or other promotional conditions, and a return causes those conditions to no longer be met, we reserve the right to charge the regular retail price of the free gift. This amount may be deducted from the refund or invoiced separately if the refund has already been processed.

REFUNDS:
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your claim. Once the claim has been approved we will refund you to your original payment method. It will take around 10 business days to see the money land in your account again - depending on what bank and payment method that was used to make the purchase.
