Green Boost Hummus

Hummus with green superfood powder - Green Boost mixed into a delicious hummus is high in plant-protein, reduces inflammation, promotes digestive health and feeds your gut good bacteria. Healthy tummy and ultra yummy!

Ingredients:

250 grams Chickpeas

2 tsp. Green Boost

0.5 dl (.2 cups) tahini

0.5 tsp. ground cumin

60 ml fresh lemon juice (1 large lemon)

2-3 tbsp. cold water

2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil (garlic)

 

Recipe:

1. Place all ingredients in a blender.

2. Mix well.

3. Add a dash more oil & water if you want a thinner consistency.

4. Serve in a bowl with cut veggies on the side. 

5. Enjoy!

 

Toppings:

Splash of olive oil

Sesame seeds
